MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Brilliance Academy is to develop every child in the areas of communication, creativity, critical thinking, character, and confidence. We insure that there is a formation of intellect and skill that will maximize their potential in our global and meritocratic society.
 
 
Plano is one of the largest northern suburbs outside of Dallas. The 2000 Census Bureau has pronounced Plano the 9th largest city in Texas.

CNN's Money Magazine explained that Plano was the best place to live in the Western United States. Plano is a wealthy city and home to many Fortune 500 companies and large sector firms.
