TODDLER PROGRAMS 1 & 2

The toddler is a child that explores and experiments by discovering things in the environment and thinks about how they work.

Toddlers dabble in language, math, art, and science at their own level of understanding. They find joy in playing with water and watching objects sink or float! They sort socks of different sizes and colors to make them match! They walk around the lunch table and count all the yellow chairs! They fetch their friend a red toy from the truck and car center! They look at the pictures of their family and kiss Mommy or Daddy!

In Language Development, teachers will help the toddlers expand their vocabulary by speaking to them frequently and helping them articulate simple sentences or questions. In Art and Music, toddlers will become familiar with primary colors and express themselves through songs and poems. Toddlers will begin participating willingly with their friends as they learn and develop their social skills.

At Brilliance, children are in a comforting, and understanding environment where they have a sense of belonging and can explore and demonstrate their skills as they learn them. Praise is part of the classroom’s curriculum and helps the child develop the self-esteem needed to be confident and successful in life.
